Print Finisher

Are you a reliable, hands‑on team player with experience in print or production finishing? We’re looking for a Finishing Operative to join our client's busy production department at a well‑established organisation working with major UK clients. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long‑term career in a fast‑moving environment where quality, accuracy and teamwork really matter.

• Operate a range of finishing equipment (e.g. guillotines, folders, stitchers, binding equipment, enclosing/mailing machines, or similar)
• Inspect work for quality and consistency
• Follow job specifications, production plans, and safety procedures
• Complete basic machine adjustments, setups and routine maintenance
• Accurately record job information and maintain production workflow
• Support the wider team with general production duties when required

Full training will be provided on specific equipment as needed.

• Experienced in print finishing, direct mail finishing, packaging finishing or a similar production role (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable working with machinery and production tools
• Quality‑focused with high attention to detail
• Able to work well as part of a team and meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
