  • Salary: £27,221.70‑£31,727.80 per annum (£13.56‑£15.80ph)
  • Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
  • Hours:

    7:00pm – 7:00am

We are currently searching for full‑time permanent Food Production Operatives to join our day shift. Immediate start available for the right candidates.

Accountabilities
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, start‑up checks etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feed raw material or parts to semi‑automated machines
  • Loading products into trays and bags as per customer specifications
  • Preparing finished products ready for dispatch and deliveries
  • Ensuring all products and packaging are correctly labelled
  • Adding cardboard sleeves to packed products
  • Ensuring all stock being loaded or unloaded matches the relevant paperwork / load plan
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment
  • Manual Handling Equipment in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role you don’t require any previous experience, just a willingness to learn, progress and help the team.

  • Ability to commute to site based in Chessington KT9 1TW
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English is a must
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good team player
