Title: Multiskilled Operative
Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Chessington, Surrey KT9 1TW

Salary: £24 692.25‑£29 198.35 per annum (£12.30‑£14.54ph)
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
Hours: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

We are currently searching for full‑time permanent food production operatives to join our day shift. Immediate start is available for the right candidates.

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, start‑up checks, etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
• Feed raw material or parts to semi‑automated machines.
• Load products into trays and bags as per customer specifications.
• Prepare finished products ready for dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure all products and packaging are correctly labelled.
• Add cardboard sleeves to packed products.
• Ensure all stock being loaded or unloaded matches the relevant paperwork / load plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy working environment.
• Manually handle equipment in a safe and timely manner.

To be successful in this role you don’t require any previous experience, just a willingness to learn, progress and help the team.

• Ability to commute to the site based in Chessington, KT9 1TW
