Furnace Operator – Production Operative
Bletchley, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 17:00

What You'll Be Doing- Handling and lifting metal components with care and accuracy
- Loading and unloading furnaces as part of the heat‑treatment process
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure high standards
- Preparing and managing production documentation
- Communicating with customers regarding order progress
- Maintaining a sharp eye for detail – this is absolutely essential!
