• Scheduling & Allocation
  :
  Efficiently schedule works for operatives, ensuring diaries are full and allocating new jobs quickly.
• Emergency Management
  :
  Monitor for and promptly manage urgent repair requests.
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison
  :
  Provide excellent face‑to‑face service, handle variations, and communicate with clients and duty surveyors.
• Target Achievement
  :
  Meet daily targets (e.g., 60 new allocations daily) and contribute to team goals.
• System Management
  :
  Use planning software to manage workflows and data.
