A leading construction materials company in Greater London seeks a proactive Asphalt Plant Operative to join its production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain the asphalt plant, ensuring compliance with quality standards while prioritizing safety and environmental responsibilities. This role requires previous experience in asphalt or heavy plant operation, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills. Shift coverage will include day and night shifts, including weekends.
