Plaistow, London
Salary:
Between £48,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Including Shift Allowance) - (Depending On Shift Pattern)
Shift Options: 3-Shift Pattern, Continental Shifts or Regular Days

Our Client are hiring Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work across a large, well-structured site in Plaistow. With over 40 engineers on-site and access to progression and training opportunities, this is an ideal role for engineers with a strong background in heavy industry, FMCG, or food production.
🔧 Role Overview
You'll be working on a wide range of equipment including:
Conveyors, Belts, Bearings
Labellers, Weighers
Sensors, Relays, Drives
PLC Fault Finding (not programming)
PPM & Reactive Maintenance
Shift Options
Option Shift Rotation
Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Option 2 - Continental Shifts (Contis)
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts, Days & Nights Option 3 - Regular Days
7am - 3pm - Monday - Friday What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 OR Similar In Engineering Discipline (Essential)
Strong fault-finding & mechanical/electrical skills
Background in heavy industry, FMCG or food sectors
Ability to work independently or within a team
Adaptable to both refinery and packing areas (training provided for packing)
What's On Offer
Basic Salary: £47,900
Shift Allowance/O.T.: +24.3%
Total Package: £59,000
