• Management and administration of four production units (bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream);
• Quality control and compliance with product technology and standards;
• Initiating and implementing the expansion of the current range, and developing and introducing new products;
• Organization and key role in expanding and scaling up production;
• Optimization and automation of production business processes;
• Management and development of production personnel;
• Standardization and reporting of production activities;
• Control and accounting for incoming raw materials/output of finished products.

• Higher professional education;
• Similar work experience from 3 years;
• Experienced RS user;
• Experience in food production is extremely preferable;
• Command of Russian language, Uzbek advantage;
• Experience in managing large-scale production;
• Experience in implementing standards and production optimization;
• Experience in managing a team of 100 people.
