Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.

We are a well‑established, family‑run business manufacturing high‑quality decorative metal products.

The Workshop Manager will oversee a small team to ensure products are manufactured on time and to order.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing production scheduling, materials, and quality standards.
• Liaising with clients to understand and define briefs.
• Providing quotations, estimating work, and responding to tenders.
• Ensuring staff meet required quality and efficiency standards.
• Overseeing the entire order process from enquiry to delivery.

• Experience managing a small production/workshop.
• Experience reading drawings.
• Ability to estimate and produce quotations.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills.
• Experience in estimation, responding to tenders, and dealing directly with clients.
• Experience overseeing a small bespoke manufacturing process.
• Experience in stock control.
• Experience managing a core team of 3.
