At the top of the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Sky Garden's Bars open bright and early; throughout the day, our guests soak up the views with drinks and light snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air.
Role
Purpose:
We are looking for an exceptional, wet-led, General Manager to join our Sky Garden leadership team. The General Manager will oversee the day to day management of two outlets - all with progressive offers catering to the needs of our guests. They will ensure that our 70-strong team delivers the highest level of service for up to 6000 visitors per day.
The General Manager will need to be fully immersed with administrative responsibilities - rotas, payroll, H&S - as well as more hands-on operational tasks such as service and team training and that truly leads by example. The ideal candidate MUST have experience as a General Manager or proven Deputy General Manager within either wet led, high volume, event-focused operations. High end essential;
high rise optional but would be beneficial. They will need to have a solid commercial awareness but be a charismatic and inspirational leader who can manage upwards including the Sky Garden and senior RHC stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day management of two outlets with progressive offers for guests.
- Lead a team of approximately 70 staff to deliver high levels of service to up to 6,000 visitors per day.
- Manage administrative duties including rotas, payroll, and health & safety compliance.
- Provide hands-on operational leadership, including service standards and team training, leading by example.
- Collaborate with Sky Garden and senior Rhubarb Hospitality Collection stakeholders.
- Experience as a General Manager or proven Deputy General Manager within wet-led, high-volume, event-focused operations.
- High-end hospitality experience; high-rise venue experience is beneficial.
- Strong commercial awareness with effective leadership and the ability to manage upwards.
- Up to 75,000 DOE
