CEO - GLOBAL

MLO CORP is an international hospitality and lifestyle group behind concepts such as MLOOM TRATTORIAS and several emerging ventures across hospitality, experiences, and global lifestyle destinations. As the group enters a new phase of international development across Europe and the United States, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) capable of leading the operational and strategic execution of our expansion.

The CEO will work directly with Elisa Williamson, Founder & President of MLO CORP
, who will continue leading the group at the highest level of governance and vision. This role is designed to bring a strong operational leader to power
, someone capable of transforming strategy into tangible growth while managing the day-to-day executive leadership of the group.

The CEO will oversee the global operations of MLO CORP and coordinate the execution of the company’s strategic roadmap across its brands and markets. The role involves supervising expansion projects, strengthening corporate structure, ensuring operational excellence, and guiding leadership teams across Europe and North America.

This executive will act as the primary operational leader of the group, working closely with the Founder & President to implement long-term strategy, scale the organization, and consolidate MLO CORP as a leading hospitality and lifestyle platform.

The CEO will lead the operational management of MLO CORP globally, ensuring alignment between the company’s vision and its execution. The position requires overseeing international openings, partnerships, acquisitions, and the development of new business lines.

The role also includes supervising the executive team, strengthening internal governance, improving operational performance, and representing the group in strategic negotiations and high-level partnerships.

The CEO will play a central role in structuring the next phase of MLO CORP’s growth, particularly in markets such as Southern Europe, France, and the United States
, where the group is actively expanding.

We are looking for a strong, decisive, and experienced leader with a background in hospitality, luxury brands, lifestyle companies, or international business development. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex organizations, managing cross-border teams, and scaling companies in growth phases.

Fluency in English is required.
Spanish, Italian, or French will be considered strong advantages given the company’s international structure.
