Stud Manager’s Assistant

Full time (5.5 days/week)
Salary: £40,000 per annum + foaling and annual bonuses.
OverviewDue to the current person in the role changing their career we are now looking for an Assistant Manager to support our General Manager.
Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager with yearling preparation and overall stud operations.
- Take charge every other weekend and when the General Manager is on annual leave.
- Attend all foalings, perform morning feeds and night checks.
- Play a leading role in yearling preparation.
- Hard working with strong attention to detail and commitment.
- Good people skills and horsemanship.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Competitive salary.
- Two‑bedroom house provided (all bills except heating oil covered).
- Foaling bonus and annual bonus at year‑end.
- Pets allowed.
