To support this ongoing growth, we have an opportunity for a 1yr fixed term contract for a HR Project Manager with experience across Workday and/or Service Now who can bring structure, organisation, and operational clarity to a dynamic environment. This allows us to stay connected with professionals who deliver consistently, navigate multiple HR domains, and support our teams as our landscape continues to expand.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, from planning through delivery and implementation with a focus on hire to retire processes.
- Build business cases, outlining assumptions, cost/benefit analysis, resourcing impacts, and recommended options.
- Prepare recommendations and decision materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes, project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain effective governance (decision ownership, communication cadence, reporting frameworks).
- Support leadership teams and HR functions with process reviews and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Translate project outcomes into scalable products such as frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, toolkits, or training assets.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners (including RPO vendors) for aligned, seamless delivery.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience within HR or People Operations, ideally in an international, matrixed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, with Workday and Service Now experience highly valued.
- Depth in a core People Operations area (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, or similar) enabling you to understand functional needs and design structured project approaches.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, time zones, and diverse stakeholder groups.
