Operations Manager
The Project Manager role exists to provide management and construction expertise to support Project Delivery (i.e., Safety, Commercial, Programme, People and Quality). To provide the overall leadership of the construction team in delivering the scope of work within a major work package or project to the defined cost, time and quality and contractual requirements. Implement Kilnbridge Values, Safety Management Systems and personally set the standard of zero tolerance of unsafe practices and occurrences.
Ensuring that all projects deliver the contracted engineering requirements using the highest levels of technical expertise and efficiency.
- Act as the primary Company representative across all project interfaces
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
- Establish and lead the project team, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and behaviours align with Kilnbridge objectives
- Develop and manage the construction programme, ensuring delivery to cost, time, quality, and contractual requirements
- Ensure project requirements, scope, and documentation are fully understood and communicated
- Oversee production controls, progress reporting, and performance improvement Why Kilnbridge?
