lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in.
As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.
With the leadership and support of the Senior Director 3rd Party Logistics, and in close partnership with our regional fulfilment leadership teams, the Manager owns the relationships with our 3rd party partners and effectively builds capabilities with our outsourced distribution center partners to maximize results and to ensure our partners operate according to our operating procedures/requirements and do so within agreed SLA’s and budget.
At the same time the 3rd party distribution manager brings learnings from our regional partners back into our global organization (and vice versa) and drives synergies between and across our global partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting internal and external capabilities and will act as the first go-to person for our 3PL Distribution partners for any questions outside of the daily operation of our distribution centres.
