Lead the opening of our third Our House, Orly's House

Our House Clubs exists to make family life simpler, morejoyfuland full of connection. Our clubs bring childcare, play,wellness, food,workspace sand community under one roof. Each house is a place where families can feel supported, welcomed and part of something real.

Following the success of our first two houses, we’re preparing to open Orly’s House in East Sheen, our third club and a key moment in our growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build something special from the ground up, working closely with the leadership team during an exciting period of growth.

The Role

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a confident, capable operator who can work across multiple departments while keeping people, service and consistency at the heart of the operation. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about people,community and purposeful growth.

This Role Will Suit Someone Who:

  • Has led a complex, multi-revenue hospitality or leisure environment
  • Is commercially confident, P&L ownership is second nature
  • Knows how to steady a team without flattening their energy
  • Understands that leading parents and childcare teams requires emotional intelligence
  • Is visible and present, not office-bound

You bring structure without stiffness. You balance warmth and approachability with clear standards and confident decision-making. Commercial clarity without losing the human touch.

You’ll Bring

  • A calm, confident leadership presence, the kind that steadies the room and builds high-performing, loyal teams.
  • Strong commercial and operational instinct, with experience owning budgets and understanding what drives sustainable growth.
  • A genuine love of service and hospitality, especially within family-first spaces where detail truly matters.
  • Clear, polished communication and sharp organisational skills (because moving parts need rhythm).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you don’t escalate problems, you solve them.
  • Experience in site launches, refurbishments or project delivery is a bonus but your ability to lead through change is what really counts.
