Senior Manager, Management Taxes and Transactions (Incentives)

Based in the UK, you will work across London, Manchester, Glasgow or Edinburgh, advising on high‑profile transactions in a supportive and dynamic environment where your impact truly matters.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proactively develop business to win new work.
• Deliver technically complex consulting projects with technical excellence and a business‑driven approach.
• Provide development support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training the team.

• ACA/CTA, Tax Inspector, full Technical Training course, Law qualification, or equivalent Tax specialist qualification.
• Strong tax technical skills.
• Proven track record in management taxes.
• Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.
• Project management skills – plan, prioritize, meet deadlines and monitor budget.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
