Please note:

This role will require someone to pass SC security clearance. This role will be based on site 3 days per week.

• Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Promoting inclusive culture and wellbeing.
• Providing strategic direction for key assignments.
• Strengthening planning performance across projects and tenders.
• Supporting negotiations, due diligence and sustainable strategy.
• Building collaborative client and stakeholder relationships.

• Professional membership or equivalent development (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar).
• Extensive experience planning complex projects and programmes.
• Strong property or infrastructure project management with commercial and financial acumen.
• Proven leadership of large teams, senior stakeholder management, and sustainability awareness.
