Internal Audit Manager Full-Time Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 per annum Key responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager:
Lead complex audits, ensuring robust planning, execution, and reporting. Provide meaningful insight and challenge to senior stakeholders while strengthening risk management and control frameworks. Manage and coach junior auditors to support skills development and capability uplift. Produce high-quality audit reports and present findings to leadership. Contribute to the shaping of the annual audit plan and methodology enhancements. Maintain strong working relationships across the business to support continuous improvement and risk awareness.

Key essentials of the Internal Audit Manager:
Strong internal audit experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment. Proven experience leading audit teams and overseeing complex audit work. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA) advantageous.
