This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished change professional to play a pivotal role in delivering and embedding major strategic transformation across a range of firm wide change initiatives that will have real, lasting impact.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Change Management, you will be responsible for shaping and driving change strategies across key operational transformation programmes. You will work closely with senior leaders, SMEs and technology teams to ensure change is effectively landed, adopted, and embedded.

Key responsibilities

As Change Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, SMEs and IT teams to drive engagement and successful adoption
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across processes, systems and people
  • Create structured change and readiness plans including timelines, communications, risks and dependencies
  • Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, using influence and negotiation to drive ownership
  • Coach leaders and build internal change networks to support delivery
About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in business change management roles, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong working knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci / ADKAR / Kotter
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Excellent planning and delivery skills, with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
  • Advanced risk and issue management experience, with confidence to challenge where appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build shared vision and buy-in
  • A calm, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach in fast-moving environments
  • Flexibility in style and approach, with confidence working through ambiguity

This role offers the chance to join a respected transformation function within a firm that is investing heavily in change. You’ll be part of meaningful programmes, working with talented teams, and given the opportunity to shape how change is delivered across the organisation.
