Senior Consultant - EY Parthenon

Overview

Our current work is typically focused on applying our deep sector & strategy knowledge to various types of projects, including:

• Commercial due diligence
• Strategy development and assessment
• Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
• Product and business unit strategy development
• Divestment options analysis

You'll work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

Note: The following describes the opportunity and the role of Senior Consultant within EY-Parthenon.

• Lead your teams in independently performing primary and secondary research including data gathering, interviews, and surveys
• Plan and develop analytics, both qualitative and quantitative
• Develop the narrative output — the story to communicate the solution to the client — including written output (slides)
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders
• Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
• Develop a community within the team — volunteering to support the development of an offering or other internal practice build initiatives such as Learning, Operations, Resourcing, Recruitment, etc.
• Counsel Associate Consultants to provide career direction and guidance
• As experience grows, manage day-to-day delivery of a workstream within a project, including teams of between 1 - 3 associates

• Be educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent;
  Masters/MBA/PhD qualification helpful
• Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a strategy consulting, transaction advisory or corporate finance role
• Have both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Be clear and concise in communication and able to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Possess a desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended client problems
• Ideally, be good at building productive working relationships with clients and EY-Parthenon team members
• Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Have vitality and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
• Demonstrate good business acumen and experience, ideally across different sectors
• Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
