Job Description

Senior Manager – Health and Safety

Who We’re Looking For: A proactive, personable, and adaptable senior manager with Health and Safety experience to join our team of three. The current team head (who holds the global Head of Health and Safety role) plans to retire in 2027, and we are looking for a Senior Manager who can initially focus on UK Health and Safety, then step into the global role and manage two members of staff, when the current incumbent retires.

You will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to develop and maintain procedures, systems, and awareness, helping the firm uphold the highest standards for a safe and healthy work environment—starting at our London office and across the UK.

About Schroders

We’re a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.

It provides second line oversight and supports all locations to be compliant with the Group Health and Safety Policy and local legislation and escalates any issues as appropriate.
