Salary: £55,000 per year + benefits

Home: 3-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)

Are you an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? This is your chance to open and lead a brand-new children s residential home and shape it into a place where young people truly feel safe, supported, and inspired.

• Lead the launch of a brand-new, modern 3-bed EBD home
• Build the culture, team, and vision from day one

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• 2+ years experience as a Registered Manager in a children s home
• Strong OFSTED knowledge and a track record of good outcomes
• A passionate, child-centred leader who inspires teams and champions best practice

• Managing daily operations of the home
• Recruiting, developing, and leading your own staff team
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance
• Creating a nurturing, therapeutic, and stable environment for children
• Driving quality, safeguarding, and OFSTED readiness
