Director of Business Development & Marketing

Overview

This Director of Business Development and Marketing role sits within a leading fiduciary organisation and will play a key role in leading the organisations global Business Development and Marketing strategy and provide the senior leadership skills focused on building a commercial proposition for the group. You will sit amongst a high performing senior leadership team and provide insights on improving client centric activities globally.

• Set up the BD and Marketing framework and strategy and focus on driving collaboration across the organisation.
• Manage a small high performing BD and marketing team dedicated to the group.
• Ensure best practice and enhance the use of systems and procedures to sit in line with the overall firm strategy.

• The successful candidate for the role will have Director (or equivalent) level of experience across business development and Marketing from the fiduciary industry with a strong understanding setting BD framework and strategy.
