Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President, Commercial Transformation. The selected candidate will lead commercial transformation initiatives, oversee strategy optimization, and drive execution of business growth and profitability goals.
ResponsibilitiesManaging cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior leaders, implementing innovative finance, sales, and portfolio management strategies, and spearheading efforts to improve commercial effectiveness and pricing practices.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Finance and Portfolio Management, with a proven track record in delivering sustainable improvements.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving team performance.
- Proficiency in Underwriting and its integration into commercial and financial strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize strategies and drive commercial success.
