The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Director / Senior Account Director to join Forest Colard at a pivotal moment of growth.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate as a trusted client partner, commercial lead and strategic voice across the agency. You’ll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, lead senior client relationships and play a central role in driving new business and organic growth.

As a strategic consultant to clients and a close partner to the CEO, you’ll ensure work is culturally relevant, strategically sound and commercially effective, while helping shape the future direction of the agency.

You’ll have meaningful influence over client strategy, revenue growth, pitching, team development and agency culture, with the opportunity to leave a real mark on the business as it scales.

About You

You’re a senior, confident leader with a strong background in influencer, social or cultural marketing. You’re trusted by clients, respected by teams and motivated by building strong partnerships and standout work.

You’re commercially sharp, culturally fluent and comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led environment where thinking and doing go hand in hand. You enjoy winning work, growing accounts and pushing ideas further without losing sight of quality or craft.

You lead with clarity, optimism and accountability, and know how to balance client needs with agency ambition.

What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience in senior account leadership roles within influencer, social or cultural marketing agencies
  • A proven track record of managing senior client relationships and driving account growth
  • Experience leading pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of influencer, creator and talent-led marketing ecosystems
  • Confidence managing budgets, scopes and profitability
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with senior stakeholder presence
  • Strong commercial instinct and growth mindset
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Curiosity for new platforms, formats and ways of working, including emerging tech and AI
What We’ll Need You To Do Strategy leadership and client partnerships
  • Lead senior, high-value client relationships as a trusted strategic partner
  • Act as the primary advisor on influencer, creator and talent-led strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives and cultural context
  • Ensure all work aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable impact
  • Lead senior client meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessions
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value

Project oversight and delivery
  • Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-channel influencer and social campaigns

Financial and commercial responsibilities
  • Own financial performance across your account portfolio
