As European Growth & Commercial Strategy Director
, you ll sit at the centre of a pan-European platform made up of established firms with strong local identities and increasingly international client bases. Your remit is to design and embed a coherent growth strategy across multiple countries, while respecting what already works locally.

This is not a theoretical strategy role. It s about turning collaboration into revenue, improving commercial capability, and helping senior stakeholders work better together. You ll play a key role in shaping how this professional services group presents itself to the European mid-market, with London acting as one of the main coordination points.

• Designing and rolling out an organic growth strategy across countries and service lines
• Acting as the central link between country-level business development leaders
• Enabling cross-border opportunities through joined-up propositions and coordinated go-to-market activity

• Supporting and developing senior business development leadership talent

• Salary range of £120,000 to £140,000 plus bonus and benefits
