Key Responsibilities Hold full CQC registration and maintain a Good inspection standard. Lead and develop a residential care team within a 31-bed service. Oversee compliance, safeguarding, and quality of care delivery. About You Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. Proven experience as a Registered Manager within residential care. Demonstrable history of achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes.
