About the Team:

The Communication & Community team are responsible for ensuring our team have the internal knowledge to be successful, and are connected as an engaged global team. They oversee our Internal Communications, Engagement and Workplaces at CDP.

The People & Workplace Experience function ensures CDP’s ‘People First’ ethos is a reality, both for our team and our guests. Spanning everything to do with our People and Culture, our physical work spaces and the ways we communicate, we ensure there is the focus, guidance and processes in place, leading to an engaged team who can deliver at their best.

About this role:

As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll ensure our space is vibrant, welcoming, and fully operational every day. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, facilities, and vendor relationships, creating a safe and well-maintained environment for both employees and visitors. You will be the face of our London front desk and the heartbeat of our office!

You’ll also help shape the employee experience across our UK workplace, supporting well-being, collaboration, and engagement. This is your chance to make our office a place where people feel inspired, comfortable, and connected.

What you will do:
  • Lead on all facilities management to ensure a comfortable, efficient, and inspiring work environment for all.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, vendors and trusted partners.
  • Deliver internal event and create memorable experiences for the team.
  • Be part of the Onboarding team and welcome new team members.
  • Provide responsive Employee Support, ensuring a good standard of well-being and satisfaction throughout the workplace.
  • Communicate regularly with the London team to keep everyone informed and connected.
  • Ensure our London office is a safe and supportive space for all team members, and we are fully compliant with all necessary H&S, Fire Safety standards.

Play an active role in a motivated, engaged team that understands its shared purpose, by:

  • Ensuring you know what is expected of you through regular 1:1s and maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
  • Participating in open, constructive conversations about performance and personal growth.
  • Living the CDP Values and demonstrating the behaviours appropriate to your position.
Internal stakeholders include

PO, Head of Communications & Community, Workplace Experience Manager and wider People Experience Team, London Office Team Members.

External stakeholders include

Vendors, other service providers.

We're looking for:
  • At least two years of experience in Workplace Experience, Community, or Facilities Management, delivering exceptional employee and visitor experiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in operational tasks and event planning.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building relationships internally and externally.
  • Proactive problem-solving; anticipates issues and implements solutions efficiently.
  • Skilled in sourcing, managing, and maintaining vendor and landlord relationships.
  • Ability to translate the organization’s brand and culture into engaging workplace experiences.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage changing priorities and unexpected situations.
