Overview

My client a notable Property Company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager.

Key that you can strategically deliver on the firms objectives for the vast site, which mainly is comprised of land (brown field) but does have some buildings on it.

You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale leading an on site team. Exposure to overseeing service charge budgets and rent collection as well as overseeing health and safety on site therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH are also essential. Engaging with specialist contractors and organising and authorising works.

As well as management of strategic management of service partners on site you will be required to engage with the end users (tenants). It is imperative that clear lines of communications are forged whether written or verbal in order to operate this flag ship site. The level of service delivery is very much focused on the tenant experience and partnering with service partners, to create a 'one team ethos' being “customer centric” is vital to this role.
