Director of Business & Portfolio Management

Overview

The Business & Portfolio Director partners with the Group Leader of Data Content to run the business: owning the portfolio operating rhythm, financial management (OpEx/Cap Ex/CTM), headcount planning, governance and controls, and cross-functional execution. The role acts as a delegate for the Group Leader, providing decision-making cover, managing leadership forums and operating cadences, and ensuring our outcomes, risks and budgets are transparent and under control.

• Own the portfolio operating rhythm and cross-functional execution.
• Oversee financial management (OpEx/Cap Ex/CTM).
• Lead headcount planning, governance and controls.
• Act as a delegate for the Group Leader, providing decision-making cover.
• Manage leadership forums and operating cadences.
• Ensure outcomes, risks and budgets are transparent and under control.
