Location: Greater London
A property management firm is seeking a Repairs Manager to lead the quality and responsive repairs service in London. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of contractors, manage maintenance records, and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Ideal applicants should possess an HNC qualification, significant experience in social housing maintenance, and strong interpersonal skills.
This role offers a day rate of £375–£425 and is expected to last 3–6 months.
