Conduct Risk - Manager​/Senior Manager

Robert Half are seeking a talented Conduct Risk Manager / Senior Manager with a passion for driving best-in-class conduct and compliance across major financial services organizations.

• Conduct risk / Consumer Duty experience within retail financial services.
• Proven expertise in retail conduct risk or large-scale remediation projects within complex organizations.
• Understanding of UK regulatory requirements, especially Consumer Duty, and the practical implications.
• Experience enhancing customer journey/experience in regulated environments.
• Strong project management, reporting and analytical skills - able to work independently and drive delivery

• Lead the delivery of projects around Consumer Duty, Governance, Culture and Controls, regulatory applications and authorisations, and non-financial risk transformation.
• Manage end-to-end client work streams, ensuring results are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Design and deliver customer remediation events and solutions responding to regulatory change and conduct risk assessments.
• Build relationships with clients, senior stakeholders,
• Identify, develop, and grow new opportunities for both existing and future clients, including leading proposals and bids for new work.
• Advance your personal specialisms and help drive our company's reputation as a market leader.
• Collaborate internationally to ensure consistent, high-quality solutions across global offices.
