Salary: £55,000 + additional benefits
A global, market-leading Managing Agent is recruiting a Residential Multi-Site Facilities Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of prime residential properties across Mayfair and Belgravia.
The Role:You’ll deliver full residential FM services across multiple sites, covering Health & Safety, M&E, cleaning, security, compliance, contractor management, and service charge budgets, while ensuring exceptional standards and resident satisfaction.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in residential facilities or property management
- Multi-site or portfolio experience
- Strong knowledge of H&S and residential compliance
- Service charge budget experience
- IOSH qualified
- NEBOSH desirable
