Role overview

Our Finance and Business Services team are about to embark on a period of transformational technological change as part of a broader programme, which aims to deliver a “World Class” finance function by 2027. These technological solutions will drive the automation of manual tasks, which results in us having a greater capacity for deeper analytical and strategic capability.

We pride ourselves on our colleague centric culture (which we call the 4C’s), so it will be critical to consider how the finance organisation will develop, how the work performs today and what the future operating model will look like. The key to all this will be the colleague experience – considering the existing skills, required skills, upskilling, reskilling and the appropriate connection to our career frameworks.
