This is a unique opportunity to lead Ricoh’s Change Management agenda for our Key Strategic Programmes (KSPs). The transformation initiatives that define our next chapter.

You could be our Change Management Lead, having impact on the design, implement, and embed a world‑class Change Management framework across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, programme teams, HR, and local business units to drive adoption, engagement, and long‑term sustainability of transformational change.

Your impact will be felt across Ricoh Europe as you foster a culture of collaboration, readiness, and innovation, ensuring our people embrace change and our strategic programmes deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement a robust, scalable Change Management framework across all Key Strategic Programmes (KSPs).

Partner with senior stakeholders
, HR, and programme leads to embed best practices in change, communication, and capability building.

Develop and drive comprehensive communication and engagement strategies tailored to diverse audiences across EMEA.

Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting to track progress, adoption, and benefit realization.

Build and empower a network of Change Agents across regions and functions to champion transformation locally.

Collaborate with L&D to identify and deliver training that strengthens change capability.

Anticipate and manage resistance
, supporting teams to navigate transformation confidently and effectively.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring every programme delivers tangible and sustained results.

What Success Looks Like

Strong adoption of transformation programmes across the organisation.

Clear alignment between Change Management strategies and business objectives.

Consistent use of Ricoh’s Change Management frameworks and templates.

Improved engagement and readiness metrics across business functions.

Enhanced efficiency and collaboration in transformation delivery.

What We Are Looking For

University degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is a strong advantage.

Extensive hands on experience
leading complex, multi-dimensional change and communication programmes in an international setting.

Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and cross‑functional teams
.

Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills up to C‑level.

Deep understanding of organizational behaviour, transformation, and cultural change
.

Confident leader who inspires others, drives collaboration, and delivers measurable results.

Fluent in English (written and verbal); other European languages a plus.
