Instant Impact are looking for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager to take the lead on a growing partnership with a legal business.
Key Responsibilities Leading the Team- Inspire and Guide:
Manage our Talent Acquisition Partners/ Leads and oversee support from our centres of excellence team members. - Drive Excellence:
Set and maintain high standards, pushing our team's performance to the next level. - Champion Growth:
Develop the skills and knowledge of the team, promoting continuous learning.
- Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Innovatively implement the TA strategy for new requisitions, ensuring a swift, effective, and engaging hiring process. - Exceed Partnership Goals:
Consistently meet and surpass all partnership SLAs and objectives, setting new benchmarks for success. - Oversee the Hiring Journey:
Manage all hiring activities by overseeing agreed volumes of roles with robust tech and Centre of Excellence support. - Maintain Quality Standards:
Ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Partners and any support from the Centre of Excellence.
- Create Amazing Experiences:
Provide a top-tier, memorable experience to all key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while continuously expanding our influence and impact with the partnership. - Collaborate and Innovate:
Work with the Partnership Director to deliver cutting‑edge insights and foresight to stakeholders through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence. - Drive Improvement:
Offer fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes, supporting every step of the way in implementing these improvements.
- Sharing best practices, ideas, and partnership results.
- Leading internal coaching and training sessions.

Skills:
Demonstrated people management experience, including mentoring and developing recruitment teams. - In‑House or RPO Expertise:
Previous experience working within an in‑house or RPO environment is essential. - Legal
Experience:
Experience hiring within a law firm, or within the legal space (ideally qualified fee earners). - Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - Customer‑Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering outstanding service whilst fostering long‑term professional relationships.
- Agility and Resilience:
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. - Communication Excellence:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective messaging.
