In this role, you will take full ownership of large-scale warehousing operations across this London-based depot, leading a team of depot managers, supervisors and frontline operatives. You’ll be accountable for driving performance, efficiency and culture, building scalable processes and frameworks while keeping operations running smoothly day to day.

• Lead day-to-day warehousing operations across the depot while managing, coaching and inspiring a large and growing team.
• Drive continuous improvement in people, process, safety, cost and service.
• Own performance KPIs across productivity, inventory, H&S and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate operational nuance into scalable, long-term solutions.
• Build culture, foster engagement, accountability and alignment
• Take on full P&L responsibility as the depot continues to expand.

• Strong track record managing large-scale warehouse, depot or logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in developing both high performers and those who need support.
• Hands‑on, adaptable leader with strong EQ and ability to influence across all levels.
• Commercially aware, pragmatic problem‑solver with analytical mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the new process development daily.
