Freshwater Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a leading global law firm in the search for a Change Manager to join its London-based Change Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering and embedding change across a complex, international organisation. Working as part of the central Change Management team, the Change Manager will support a range of strategic change initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated, adopted and sustained across the firm’s global workforce.
The RoleYou will help drive the development and maturity of the firm’s change management capability, supporting multiple transformation initiatives. You will focus on the people and organisational aspects of change, identifying risks, managing resistance, and enabling stakeholders to successfully adopt new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Support the establishment and ongoing development of the organisation’s change management capability aligned to strategic priorities
- Identify and manage people and organisational change risks, developing targeted interventions to promote adoption
- Create and deliver change approaches and plans across complex, interdependent transformation initiatives
- Identify and engage key stakeholders (including managers, change agents and project leads), assessing and enabling their change capability
- Conduct change impact assessments in collaboration with project teams, subject matter experts and internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven change management experience within a complex, global corporate environment
- Experience of working in professional services is highly desired
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds
- A recognised change management qualification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG, CMI)
- Experience using collaboration tools to engage and communicate across large, dispersed organisations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- An enthusiastic, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a delivery-focused team
