Role

We have an opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our West London team on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for longer term extension. The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus.

This role involves managing multiple sites across West London, primarily based at St Charles Hospital. It is a reactive position requiring site attendance at short notice. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sites across West London, primarily based at St Charles Hospital.
  • Coordinate in-house and outsourced facilities services to support site operations.
  • Respond to site needs in a timely, reactive manner and liaise with stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

What

you will bring to the role
  • Experience in FM desired but not essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines
  • Excellent people skills and relationship builder
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public
  • Driving Licence and access to vehicle is essential
