As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Recruitment Manager to join our London team. This is a role for someone who is already operating at a high level and is ready to lead by example, influence others, and play a key part in shaping a high performing team.

As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high value desk while acting as a role model and mentor within the team. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your market strategically, with the backing of a supportive leadership team who trust you to lead from the front.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Owning and growing a successful 360 recruitment desk within the tech market
  • Driving new business while deepening and expanding key client relationships
  • Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
  • Leading by example through consistent billing and high standards
  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior consultants
  • Contributing to team performance, culture, and best practice
  • Owning your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and thinking long term about desk and team growth
You’ll Bring:
  • Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within tech or a related market
  • A strong billing track record with consistent performance
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading others
  • Commercial confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset - you think beyond short term wins
  • Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure
