A growing, multi entity fintech business operating across the UK, EU and US is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the next phase of its commercial transformation.

Following a period of rapid expansion and organisational change, the business is entering a new phase of development. The focus is now on creating a more disciplined, structured and predictable commercial operation that can support long term growth. The CRO will play a central role in defining the commercial identity of the business, strengthening performance across commercial functions and aligning teams globally behind a clear revenue strategy.

Opportunity

The CRO will take full responsibility for sales, marketing, partnerships and account management. The successful candidate will introduce structure, clarity and pace into the commercial organisation and create a unified approach across regions and routes to market.

This is a role for a leader who enjoys building. It requires someone who can modernise a commercial engine, install discipline across all stages of the funnel and drive focused growth across both direct and partner oriented models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver a clear go to market strategy across the UK, EU and US
  • Introduce a commercial operating rhythm covering forecasting, pipeline management, outbound activity and performance metrics
  • Strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, product, compliance and technology
  • Develop and scale partner and embedded finance revenue channels
  • Rebuild the commercial team with clear roles, standards and accountability
  • Implement data led reporting to improve visibility for the CEO and Board
  • Improve renewal, expansion and cross sell performance through a more structured account management approach
  • Lead the reset of marketing, including website, funnel, digital activity and measurement
  • Work closely with product and technology leaders to prioritise opportunities and reduce time to revenue
Candidate Profile Essential background
  • Senior commercial leadership in fintech, payments, BaaS, SaaS, Tech or embedded finance
  • Experience driving multi regional revenue growth
  • Evidence of rebuilding commercial engines during periods of change
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments
  • Proven ability to introduce outbound discipline and improve pipeline quality
  • Experience aligning marketing and sales into a single revenue model
