We are a fast-growing international services organisation seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role offers a clear pathway to the Chief Executive Officer position, making it an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance leader aiming for top executive leadership.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the global financial strategy to drive commercial performance.
• Enhance governance, financial controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities across international regions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to boost profitability and operational efficiency.
• Direct M&A activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
• Develop and manage a high-performing international finance team.
• Gradually take on broader enterprise-wide leadership responsibilities in preparation for the CEO transition.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO or divisional CFO within an international services organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the Board level with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in driving growth, transformation, or international expansion.
• Expertise in multi-jurisdictional finance, reporting, and compliance.
• Solid track record in M&A, investment decisions, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

Experience:

• Previous P&L ownership or operational leadership.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Involvement in succession roles or CEO-track responsibilities.
