🚀 Head of Growth – Seed-Stage Social Listening Startup

Location: London (preferred) or Remote – Europe

We’re a seed-stage social listening platform with £3.5M ARR
, grown entirely through founder-led sales
, focused on Gaming, Music, and Consumer Goods
. Now, we’re ready to scale. We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own top-of-funnel demand generation and build the engine that will power our next phase of growth.

This is a scrappy, high-impact role
. You’ll join a small team and have full ownership of lead generation, channel experimentation, and pipeline acceleration

, and know how to turn ideas into measurable growth, this is your playground.

• Design and execute top-of-funnel demand gen strategies across key verticals (Gaming, Music, Consumer Goods).
• Build and scale acquisition channels—paid, inbound, partnerships, and creative experiments.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion

• Set up processes, frameworks, and metrics for repeatable, scalable growth
  .

• Proven startup or founder experience
  —you know what it takes to move fast and get things done.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth and demand generation
  .
• Comfortable running experiments, analyzing data, and iterating quickly.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to own both vision and execution
  .
• Passion for Gaming, Music, or Consumer Goods is a plus.
