Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale commercial electrical project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of high-quality commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical works on site from pre-construction through to final handover
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site
• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and company procedures
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, and project teams
• Coordinate site programmes, progress reporting, and short-term look-ahead planning
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and certification to achieve successful handover
• Maintain and manage Electrical Quality Assurance (QA) documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial or mixed-use projects
• Strong electrical technical background within building services or commercial installations
• Excellent organisational, supervisory, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage site teams and multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and electrical standards
• SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications preferred
