Looking to join a smaller studio and take on lead role in the delivery team? A brilliant hybrid opportunity has arisen with a previous 'employer of the year' winner, a small, yet impactful practice in South West London who focused predominantly on residential developments.

You will be hitting the ground running with a 137 flats and town houses in the city of London from stage 3 onwards to completion with the assistance of 2-3 Architects and technologists by your side.

• Lead role in the delivery team for residential developments.
• Deliver a 137 flats and town houses project in London from stage 3 to completion with support from architects and technologists.
• Manage delivery programmes and meet with clients and consultants.
• Run client meetings, DTMs and workshops.
• Manage a project and deliver technical packages.

• Proven track record of delivering residential projects, managing delivery programmes and meeting with clients and consultants.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit (full Revit practice).

This practice operate on an OPTIONAL hybrid working basis of 3 days in the office 2 at home plus full benefits package.
