We are working with a highly regarded property consultancy to appoint an Associate Director – Facilities Management to lead the delivery of a 5★ FM service across a portfolio of high-profile commercial office buildings.

This is a senior leadership position, suited to an experienced FM professional with strong people management, client-facing and service delivery credentials.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring and developing a team of 5 FM professionals
Delivering a best-in-class FM service across multiple prestigious office assets
Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
Driving service standards, performance and continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance across H&S, statutory obligations and governance
Managing and collaborating with internal teams and external service partners

About You

You will bring:

Proven experience in a senior Facilities Management role (Senior FM / Operations Manager / Associate Director)
Strong line management experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Experience with in commercial office environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A passion for delivering a 5★, customer-focused FM service
