PURPOSE OFTHE ROLE:
Great opportunity for a social media led AD/SAD with exp in both planning and hands on delivery within an agency. Background/exp in sustainability or social impact comms.
Working closely with the Business Director, you will represent the face of 23red working closely with our clients. You will be fully responsible for fostering trust and building agency credibility and developing 23red social presence too.
Overseeing the overall development and implementation of key strategic solutions for your clients and 23red, you will be comfortable with leading a truly consultative agency approach that challenges a brief and inspires your clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will also have exceptional positivity and demonstrate an inspiring, nurturing, and engaging approach to people across the project team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Lead and grow 23red’s social presence across all platforms.
- Develop and deliver social strategy for clients including a major sustainability client.
- Oversee content plans, copy, and publishing schedules.
- Manage community engagement and social listening.
- Work with creatives on social-first ideas that drive reach and impact.
- Integrate organic and paid social with media specialists.
- Track performance and optimise through insight and trends.
- Share platform updates and best practice across the team.
- Support new business and agency marketing with social expertise.
- Has 6–8 years’ social media experience, ideally in an agency.
- Builds social strategies that deliver engagement and impact.
- Is confident with both planning and hands‑on delivery.
- Understands sustainability or social impact comms.
- Knows organic inside out and understands paid fundamentals.
- Leads teams with confidence, clarity, and collaboration.
