Fire Risk Officer

We're looking for a Fire Risk Officer on a 3 month temporary basis.

You'll manage passive fire safety contractors, oversee fire risk actions from start to finish, and make sure works are delivered on time, to standard and in line with legislation. This role is ideal for someone confident in contract management, stakeholder engagement and fire safety compliance.

• Manage and track fire risk actions through to completion
• Oversee performance of passive fire safety contractors
• Lead contract review meetings, reviewing KPIs and health & safety
• Provide fire safety guidance to colleagues, contractors and residents
• Manage financial processes including purchase orders and payments
• Ensure works deliver value for money and meet budget expectations

• Experience in contract, project or stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of fire risk and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
