Integrity (Operations) Manager.
As part of our ambitious growth, we are looking for an Integrity Change, Communications & Learning Manager to join our BA Motion Integrity Operations team.
This role is hands‑on and focused on creating impactful content that supports ABB’s integrity culture. You will design and deliver materials that make integrity topics clear, engaging and easy to adopt across our global organization. You will also support implementation of process and policy changes through a consistent change management methodology.
This role is open in Europe with preferred locations in UK (London) or Poland (Krakow) or in any of our key European ABB Motion locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high‑quality content to drive employee engagement and awareness, promoting integrity globally.
- Create engaging content for internal platforms, newsletters and leadership updates.
- Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of integrity initiatives.
- Design and deliver training materials, including e‑learning modules, videos, job‑aids and infographics for internal campaigns.
- Manage integrity‑related communication channels and ensure consistent messaging.
- Develop and execute the annual communications and training plan.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex topics into simple, engaging formats.
- Support leadership in preparing high‑impact presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align integrity communications with business priorities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and training programmes.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field; master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in communications, training content development or related fields.
- Strong background in internal or employee communications and content creation.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to design compelling presentations.
- Experience with e‑learning development tools and video editing software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design infographics and visual aids.
- Proven ability to manage change initiatives in a global organization.
- Familiarity with the ADKAR change management methodology is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with integrity, compliance or ethics programs is a plus.
